Saving a Multimedia Message

This procedure describes how to save a multimedia message. You can save the multimedia message at any time while you are creating it, as a draft or as a template.

   Drafts: Saving the message as a draft, saves a copy of the message in the Drafts folder. A draft message is usually an unfinished or an unsent message.

Saving a message as a draft from the Compose page with the send options, saves all message delivery settings, including recipients, that you specify.

   Templates: Saving the message as a template, saves it in the _STMA folder in your Private Album. A template is usually a complete multimedia slideshow that you can reuse in other multimedia messages.

What You Need

   Access to the MMBox, as described in MMBox Access

 How

1    On the Compose toolbar, do one of the following:

   To save the slides in the multimedia message you are creating as a draft, click  Save as Draft.

The multimedia message is added to the Drafts folder.

   To save the multimedia message with the slides as well as recipient and message delivery settings, on the toolbar click Send, specify required settings and then click  Save as Draft.

   To save the multimedia message as a template, click  Save as Template.

The Explorer User Prompt appears. Continue with step 2.

2    In the Enter template file name field, type a name for the template, and then click OK.

The template is added to the _STMA folder in your Private Album as a .EML file.
