1 Click Settings, and then from the menu bar, select Advanced Settings.
The Advanced Settings page appears (see Figure: Settings — Advanced Settings Page).
2 Under Message Attributes, view the attributes defined for your incoming and outgoing messages, as described in Settings Page .
3 Under Album Attributes, check if Saving from mailbox to album allowed is set to Yes.
