Deleting a Message from the Inbox

This procedure describes how to delete messages from the Inbox. You can delete a single message, or multiple messages at the same time.

■   Access to the MMBox, as described in MMBox Access

 How

1    Click Inbox, and then do one of the following:

■   To delete a single message, select the checkbox next to the messages, or open the message by clicking its Subject.

■   To delete more than one message, select the relevant checkboxes next to the messages.

■   To delete all messages in the Inbox, select the checkbox at the column heading.

2    On the toolbar, click  Delete.

A warning message appears:

You are about to remove the following messages. Are you sure?

3    Click Delete.

The message(s) you selected are removed from the Inbox.
