1 Click Inbox, and then do one of the following:
■ To move several messages, select the relevant checkboxes next to the messages.
■ To move a single message, select the checkbox next to the message, or open the message you want to move by clicking the Subject of the message.
■ To move all messages, select the checkbox at the column heading.
2 From the Move Message To dropdown list, select the folder to which you want to move the message(s).
The message(s) you moved now appear in the selected destination folder.
