Saving a Message in the Inbox

This procedure describes how to save a message in the Inbox to your computer.

What You Need

   Access to the MMBox, as described in MMBox Access

 How

1    Click Inbox, and then do one of the following:

   Select the checkbox next to the message you want to save and then on the toolbar, click  Save.

   Open the message you want to save by clicking its Subject and then on the toolbar, click  Save.

The File Download dialog box appears.

2    Click Save and browse to the location where you want to save the message.
