The Folders page enables you to organize your messages in system and personal folders. Folders such as the Inbox, Drafts, Deleted Items, and Sent Items are system folders. Any other folder you create is a personal folder. You can rename and delete personal folders.

New: Total number of new, unread ■ Unread Urgent: Number of unread messages marked as high priority. ■ Total: Total number of messages in the Inbox, including new and read messages. ■ Mailbox Gauge: Shows the currently utilized capacity in percentage, and the maximum available capacity. |

Function Buttons |
■ Create Folder: Creates a new personal folder with the specified name. Folder names can be up to 20 characters in length. For more information, see Creating a Personal Folder. ■ Remove Folder: Deletes the selected personal folder. A personal folder must be empty before you can delete it. You cannot delete system folders. For more information, see Deleting a Personal Folder. ■ Rename Folder: Renames the selected personal folder. You cannot rename system folders.
